The economic effects of export restrictions imposed by major grain producers

This paper uses the global trade analysis project (GTAP) to evaluate impact of grain export restrictions on world food security during COVID-19 epidemic. The study found that distort market prices, which in turn consumption and production, harm interests consumers farmers some countries, threaten security. In this regard, maintaining convenience is wise choice all countries. It necessary tighten World Trade Organization (WTO) disciplines related restrictions, strengthen governance jointly build a community with shared future for mankind.
